I won't say I will be proud or not until after the hire because i believe formulating an opinion before you have the evidence does nothing but force you to find something to validate your prematurely created opinion.
However, I do believe they are on a timeline they are satisfied with and are taking their time to to try and get the right hire in their minds and aren't "confused" and not sure what to do.
