SEC Basketball fans have been given an absolute blessing with the SEC Network. Every SEC game will be available to watch this year, and we have some excellent games to watch this year.
I think the biggest game of this week is the Kentucky @ Alabama game on Saturday afternoon. Bama has won 6 straight and have looked very impressive with a 21 point win over Texas A&M at home and a 18 point win at Tennessee. Kentucky has looked vulnerable through their first 2 SEC games, both being forced into overtime. Is this the one the Wildcats finally drop?
Other big matchups include Alabama @ South Carolina and Georgia @ Vanderbilt. South Carolina and UGA are both 0-2 in SEC play and cannot afford to go 0-3 in SEC play after very good out of conference seasons. Texas A&M is in the same boat, but with Mississippi St coming to town, the Aggies don't have anything to gain.
Tiger fans cannot overlook a very good Ole Miss team just because Marshall Henderson has moved on (Preview to come this afternoon).
If you haven't gotten into watching non-LSU SEC games, I urge you to. The SEC is playing some really good basketball and many of these games have been more than entertaining. Take advantage of the fact that every SEC game is available to you.

After last week, I'm not taking anything for granted. Let's start with beating Ole Miss and go from there.

I think many LSU fans are under appreciating how good Ole Miss is. I see Ole Miss as a big 6-7 point favorite in this one.

I saw their game against Kentucky... it definitely won't be easy. We'll need a good game, hopefully we won't have to win a late free throw contest.
