First 10:
W, L, L, W, W, L, W, W, L, W (6-4)
2x 2 Win streak
1x 2 Loss streak

Next 10:
L, W, L, L, L, W, L, L, W, W (4-6)
1x 2 Win Streak
1x 3 Loss Streak
1x 2 Loss Streak

Next 10:
L, W, L, W, W, L, W, L, W, L (5-5)
1x 2 Win Streak

Next 7:
W, L, W, L, L, W, L (3-4)

Most inconsistent basketball team I have probably ever seen with my own eyes.

as pointed out by monty (in another thread), it's all on coaching.

It's pretty simple to figure out. Monty can't get a playoff-caliber team to perform on the road...not even against inferior competition.

case and point, there were several times last night where monty and the pels could have run away with the game. But, their transition d was deplorable.

Fortunately, as I pointed out in a previous thread, there have been some great coaches go through such skids.

it's about finding an identity. This issue, overall, kind of points fingers at the leaders of this team as well as Monty.

who do you expect to be the leaders on the Pels? Surely not a 21 year old kid even if he is the greatest talent in the free world? this team is crying for a veteran presence who has been there, done that, and got the t-shirt...

AD is very significantly growing up more and more before our eyes. His confidence level evolving. I can see him being more of a Duncan-type leader except with the "tone" of his game.

that said, we need a guy like j jack. Although, I think Cunningham is slowly picking up a leadership role.

this

notice though that your best player should be the leader, like when Chris Paul took it over and ran with it from day 1.

i'll say this about our roster though. it would work great in NBA 2k15 dynasty mode. maybe the vet we need is coming with Eric Gordon's expiring contract and cap space
