Maybe JDR can bring some of that magic he had in Jville to the worst org in all of pro sports.

That safety in 2012 really blew it allowing Flacco to complete a 75 yard bomb with 40 seconds left. I think that was a Super Bowl team.

About what? Fox leaving? Good riddance. The guy had a single objective-win a SB while Manning was still physically capable. He didn't. He gone.
As for Del Rio, he's been an above avg DC for the donkeys so I'm not exactly excited to see him go. But no way in hell do I want that guy as my HC. You a Raider fan? Good news is that Del Rio as head man won't be too much of a shock to your system. In other words, it's just more time languishing in the AFC West cellar.

Cards would be very dangerous team with him.

The entire staff leaving? Manning gone? Demaryius now will be gone, Julius gone. Limited cap space.
Broncos are done for awhile. John Elway has completely failed and should be fired too.

Brock Osweiler is Denver's QB right now, if anyone is going to be enjoying the cellar, it's Denver.
Congrats on wasting your "good" years on zero titles, how very Denver of you.

Agreed. Time for Peyton to go to front office.

elway couldn't have come off any more arrogant and self-involved in that cbs interview yesterday.

Keep the staff, let Peyton go.

I think what Del Rio did in Jacksonville was pretty impressive considering the talent he had to work with (although there were a few rough seasons).
People here in Denver have mixed feelings about the firing of Fox. Half are bitter about last year's super bowl performance and the Colts game, while the other half were satisfied with being competitive year in and year out with Fox. I mean the guy got them to the playoffs in spite of Tebow at the helm.
I personally think that Fox is a serviceable coach and if I were a Broncos fan I would be sad to see him go. (Plus I hate Elway)

Any thoughts on the Saints picking up their WR coach?
Posted on 1/12/15 at 7:29 pm to bushog
To be honest, I don't even know who the WR coach was, so I can't give you any input.

Saints take Peyton.
Do away with one receiver.
Place Brees and Peyton in the shotgun.
Center can snap to either QB depending on the play.
Defenses no longer know which Hall of Fame QB they will have to defend.
Playoffs.
NFC champs.
Superbowl champs.
Repeat.
Threepeat.
Everyone goes to Jimmy Johns.
I give Peyton a warm lavender bubble bath.
Curtain draws.
Fin.
