No worries. We've all been wrong before. Shake it off.

Agreed. That song was written for her voice.

I've gone to 3 ZBB concerts now and if you haven't seen them live you will not understand just how amazing they are. There are people who hate country music that go just to hear the covers and band play... It really is 2 hours of insanely talented music.

compared to the rest of the "country" genre, ZBB is pretty damn good

Agreed. I never see why people even call ZBB "mainstream". They are rarely nominated, much less win any country awards (outside of their Grammy for Uncaged, which was awesome). I love country, but you will never hear me listening to much Brantley Gilbert, Luke Bryan or Jason Aldean... Don't get me wrong, I like some of their stuff, but for the most part I stick to artists who's songs tell stories I relate to.

ZBB is by far and away from favorite band currently, and their song "Day That I Die", no way anyone can hate that song.

Will Hoge and Frankie Ballard are a couple of guys I really like as well.

They played the bassmaster classic in Shreveport a few years ago, when 'chicken fried' had just come out. I had very low expectations....they FAR exceeded them. You really do have to see them live to appreciate the talent.

Considering this song was written about a guy I knew, and his wife and child which over time I grew to know more... I was bit pissed that the announcer credited Zac Brown's band with the song... And I love Zac Brown for the most part... I think it was an announcer's mistake by not giving credit to Jason Isbell for writing it... and I would have liked to see them mention it was for a fallen marine named Matthew Conley, and his wife, daughter, and family...

99 out of 100 times a song is performed the songwriter is not credited. So I'm not sure what you're upset about. As a songwriter, I think it sucks, but it's the way it is.

I mean, how many times have you heard someone say "I love that George Strait song" well, Strait didn't write it.

It's certainly better than Bentley's Isbell cover.

This is great for isbell and zbb. I'm glad isbells talent is being recognized and by one of the only real mainstream country music bands out there today.

Since we're talking about ZBB, have y'all heard Heavy is the Head with Chris Cornell?
