In no order (# just the count) - **Already coming to LSU

This is just from my viewpoint...its a good list, I think. What do you think?

This class just needs to be solid.

2017 is coming with 22 high level In-State kids who can fill in the gaps where needed.

Offense

QBs
1. Feleipe Franks - QB 6'6 205 **
2. Shea Patterson - QB 6'2 190
or Cole Kelley 6'7 230

RBs
3. Trey Ragas RB 5'11 200 - too good to pass on!
4. Devin White RB/FB 6'0 250
or
Ladarius Thomas FB/LB 6'1 230 or Barrick Slaughter 6'0 200

WRs
5. Clyde Leflore WR/KR 6'0 170
6. Dee Anderson WR 6'3 180 **
7. Stephen Sullivan WR/TE/DE 6'6 210 **

OLs
8. Donavaugh Campbell OG 6'5 340 **
9. Willie Allen OT 6'7 300
10. OPEN - LT
11. OPEN- LT/RT

TEs
12. Jamal Pettigrew 6'5 230 **

Defense

DT/DEs
13. Ed Alexander DT 6'3 320
14. Rashard Lawrence DT 6'2 320
15. Ed Oliver DT 6'2 280
16. Glen Logan DT 6'4 290
17. Briston Guidry SDE 6'3 270
18. Willie Baker WDE 6'4 225
19. Caleb Roddy SDE 6'5 250 - really like him.
20. Andre Anthony WDE 6'4 210

The group above could be outstanding!

LBs
21. Giovanni LaFrance LB 6'1 230
22. Layton Garnett LB 6'2 230
23. Michael Divinity 6'3 210
or
Malcolm Roach LB 6'3 240 - Dad was a head-hunter!
24. OPEN - OOS or Ladarrius Thomas 6'1 230

DBs
25. Ca'Ron Baham CB/KR 5'11 180 - underrated!
26. Kristin Fulton CB 6'0 170 or OOS
27. Cameron Lewis SS 6'0 190 or OOS
or
Greedy Williams

Out of State guys better commit soon or we wont have any spots!

With a strong finish in 2015 and a great 2016, followed by a nasty 2017 class. The Tigers will be set to ROAR for some National Championships for SURE.

Come be apart of something GREAT!

I see many of them committing but from what I've heard there's a few names you didn't add that could be ours

Keion Joyner still has us number 1 he's a 5* OLB, then possible for 2 5* safety's from Texas Deontay Anderson, and Eric Monroe. Those two are iffy bc Chavis and both have us and A&M in top 5s Eric said he's committing soon. I think he wants to see who we are picking up at DC

Oh and Trayvon Mullen. He had Bama and us high but I don't think he goes to bama. KT2 is recruiting him big for us right now he's a 5* CB

Yes, I forgot Mr. Joyner. Sorry, Mr. Joyner. You should have been top on the list.

And yes, Mullens and Monroe would be nasty! I just want OOS kids who want commit early and be apart of the National Championships that are coming to LSU.

Good looking out!

There are a couple of WRs higher on the boars than Criss. Herb McGee(offer) and the Graham kid that did well at camp. Criss was being looked at more as a CB by us earlier but who knows. He's gonna be a tough pull. TAM and the Easton staff have their hooks in him right now. Not sure about his family situation but they tried the same with Tyron until Dad took over

I was looking at this earlier. Some spots we can add later when prospects become more apparent, but guys you left off your list:

#1 OLB #4 overall - Keion Joyner (I think he's all LSU like Clifton Garrett was)
#2 S 24 overall Deontay Anderson
#31 WR 132 overall - Drake Davis (who says he'll be playing football again this year and has his grades in order)
#5 CB 54 overall - John Broussard (lives in Bama, but from Louisiana I think??)
#3 S 28 overall - Eric Monroe
#6 CB 64 overall - Travon Mullen (from our out of state hot spot and Toliver hopefully stays on him)
#3 ATH 27 overall Shyheim Carter

At the moment (because you know recruiting is like nature, you don't know WTF will happen next), we have a high chance of nabbing seven 5 stars players

My gosh, winning the national championship and knocking Bama off as the #1 recruiting class, would be the greatest.

The only two guys I left off the list were Drake Davis and Keion Joyner. The others we cant take them. So, I didn't list them. We can't take 4-5 DBs in 2016. Just need 3 good ones (1 CB, 1 CB/FS, 1 SS type guy).

I am not going on rankings with my list. I am going on pure talent evaluations. We dont need 5'10 CBs. I don't care if they are #1 or #2 in the nation. And they need to be very aggressive. So, I am looking at aggression when I evaluate players. You cant teach aggression! It has to come from within and I want those type of guys. The rankings can go out of the backdoor for all I care!

So, please understand that we shouldn't just be looking at boards, look at the talent and positions needed.

Again, at the end of the day. We need guys who want to come and play in the P&G (and the NFL). All of this other BS needs to be let go. If we want to win championships, we need ride or die men.

So, ride or die guys go ahead and commit and let's get this done...no BS!

If I am on the LSU staff now and a kid goes with that BS. I am moving on! It's not worth the time. Once you make a statement like that. You will have players coming out of the woods trying to get a spot.

The 2016 class...guys, thats the way you stand up. Now,go get the others to do the same so we can start on 2017 and build championships.

Micheal divinity is not coming to LSU. He released his top 5 so now I can comment. I talk to him personally he wants to be out of state but luckily he hates Saban more than me

Don't take this too personal, sometimes I just like to argue......

How can you do talent evaluation on ANYONE without either seeing them in a camp setting around similar talent, or having access to a seasons worth of wide film?

No 5'10 corners? How tall is Mathieu? Hargreaves?
