Any of you that have ever used them want to hear your experiences and or advice. Back story, my dryer went out a month ago so I bought a new and bought a extended warranty. A week or so later they called me and offered a warranty on my 7 year old washer. 3 years for 110 bucks. In home service all parts and labor free. Sounded like a good deal so I bought it. Fast forward last night my washer quit. I call them up and the earliest they can send someone is Friday the 23rd. I am like WTF, that's ridiculous. Is this normal time frame?

At the rate they're going, Sears will be out of business before your warranty goes up.
If I'm not mistaken though, Sears outsources most of that nowadays.

I had the warranty on the first house I purchased. They gave a a long timeframe, I asked them to just send me the part and I'd install it myself. It was just a broken knob so it was a easy fix.
