looking for custom home builder

The fiance and I went looking at houses and we found Cretin builders. We really like one of their options based on price and ability to customize to our liking.
Does anyone have experience with them?

I installed flooring for a general contractor that worked on salary. I was paid by the home owner(no 1099) and he was able to undercut other generals by $100k.

I cannot think of his first name, but his last name is Lynch.. He was the best builder I had a chance to work with.. Love the detail he put into my last home . Don't know if he is still in business

He is a very nice guy. He showed the wife and I a house he was building. I can't wait for him to start on our house.
