People who upvote their own terrible OP and then downvote every single reply that disagrees are a special kind of queerball

"T-I-G-E-R-S Tigers, bitch!"

I hope this is picked up by the student section at football games.

Couldn't agree more. My parents never cussed around me and I was wild as hell. Lol
We don't keep our 10 yr old in a bubble and he's a straight A student and is the most respectful 10 year old I know. Lol. It's really not that big of a deal people. Parent your child the correct way and it doesn't matter what they hear. You tell them what's right and wrong. Simple as that

They are just words

You give those words power by choosing to make them "bad words"

I'm doing you a favor. You can tell your kid that he doesn't want to grow up to be like that fat drunk guy.

Good for you. Its a respect thing as well. I don't curse in front of my mother simply out of respect for her. It's just tasteless when around children and families. In a bar, sure let it fly.

Right time, right place for things ya dig?

Not looking to defend bad language and manners in public settings, but it is just an inevitable thing when going to public events.

Cussing around someone, and cussing at them are different

I highly doubt anyone's swearing at the kids, Scooter

If a kid knows not to say something, then they won't no matter what they hear

Yup. So long as society lets the "inevitable" happen, you are correct.

You are taking this way too serious.

Interacting with different types of people is an important skill to have. Generally most people may not even realize what they are doing or saying is having a negative effect on the people around them.
