Far Cry 4 Install Problems (PS4)

As soon as my ps4 updates the game I'll repeatedly receive a notification that Far Cry 4 is ready to install but it never does. It'll just flash my screen from the installing screen back to the main menu. After turning off my ps4 and going back to the game, it'll tell the game is corrupted and to delete it. After that I'll update the game again to receive the same problem and forced to delete and update the game again and and again
