I finally got the previous admin of some domains to give me the NetSol login to transfer a domain.
I unlocked and requested an Auth Code, and I get this bullshite:
3 fricking days to get an auth code? Are they fricking serious? This serves no purpose other than to piss off the customer...oh, you don't care that you're pissing off the customer? Guess what, I was leaving the other 4 domains at NetSol but now they're all going.

For me it's kept the client from signing away their domain to one of those registrars who send out those official looking renewals that in turn transfers it away.
Netsol isn't the easiest, but there far from the worst.
Good luck!
