Is LSU recruiting Cameron Lard PF for 2016?

According to ESPN he is Louisiana'a top player at 6'9'' from Natchitoches. he has offers from only Baylor, ULM and UNO. Very odd for the so called states top player.

Yea I saw we have a few 4* la players in '16 but lsu only offered 2 of them
