When Did Kennerbrah get a Krystal's?

I normally don't venture out to the poor side of North Kenner but I had to swing by the jail. Noticed a Krystal's on Loyola and a Daquiri/ Wing/ Burger drive thru place in the old Wendys. Kennerbrah really does have it all. When did the Krystal's open? Looks like it took the place of the Piccadilly drive thru though. 
The DQ and burger place looked pretty ghetto but sometimes that can be good. Anyone got the low down ?
