Guido's is pretty good. Or do yourself a favor and drive over to Fairhope and hit up the Fairhope Inn or The Wash House.

Check out Felix's or Lap's on the causeway. Felix's first.

The Wash House in point Clear is great. If you like sushi, Master Joes in Fair Hope is one of my favorites.

Wash House might be a little too upscale for what I'm looking for. It will just be myself dining and I'll be in jeans and work boots and a nice button up.
Anybody have a preference Felix's or the Original Oyster House on the causeway?

Dragonfly is fine to go by yourself. You can sit up at the bar in the front room. Great food too.

Felix's for sure on the causeway. If you venture into Fairhope, Master Joe's is great.

Felix's. Lap's and Bluegill are fine too.

Ended up at Felix's

Got a bakers dozen raw oysters for $12.95, big and salty. They were excellent.

Couldn't decide on an entree and ended up with the Big Batty platter, hadn't had fried seafood in a while, was good and but was disappointed in the soft shell crab, it was tiny. Thanks for the recs. I'd go back and get some fresh fish next time I'm in the area.
