Anyone interested in joining a second league? It's my personal league, and I am commish. Swamps, tchamp, Whitie, and 31 joined last season. It is a $50 dollar league on ESPN. It is also a roto league instead of H2H. Last year was the league's first season, and we started with 14 teams. One guy has backed out so I am looking for a replacement. It is a keeper league so you would be taking over his team. The guys team was pretty decent. He finished 5th.
We did an auction draft last year so all players have a dollar value. Here are the keeper rules:
The cool thing about this keeper format is you could keep a lot of guys and draft less players, or throw back a bunch and draft new guys. First place is 500 bucks, 2nd is 150, and third is 50.
If you are interested, let me know. I will email you the guys team with dollar values for players.

* Moneyball will also feature a keeper format, which will allow owners to keep X amount of players year to year with a maximum budget of $150. Whatever you spend on keepers will be deducted from your $260 draft budget the next season. Keeper details are as follows:
- Owners can keep as many players as they wish as long as they fit in the allotted budget of $150
- The value system will work as follows:
~ You draft player and he plays out his A season at that auction price
~ You have the option to keep said player in his B season for the original auction price or you can decide to throw him back into the pool
~ In his year C, you must decide to either
A) Keep player for one final season at original price for season C
B) Sign player to a 2 year deal (seasons C and D) in which his price increases +$5 each season on top of the original price
C) Sign player to a 3 year deal (seasons C, D, and E) in which his price increases +$10 each season on top of the original price
D) Throw player back into the draft pool
~ Once you sign a player, you must keep him for his duration of his contract. If you trade him, the new owner must take on said contract.
~ If you want to keep a player whom who acquired via FAAB, his keeper price will be the price for which he was acquired via FAAB
~ If you keep a player whom you traded for, you will assume whatever price the original owner paid, whether it be at the draft auction or FAAB

I wish I could take his team and get rid of mine
That is the lowest I've finished in any fantasy league ever

You've got a ton of good, young talent though. Just a matter of time for your team.

Is everyone happy with Yahoo? I'm fine with either but I do think ESPN offers a better product. Just curious of the interest in moving it from Y! to ESPN.

I would prefer ESPN.

Thanks, Swamps.
I know it's early but hopefully we will get some more feedback on the issue before ESPN and Yahoo open up their sites for the season.
I would assume that TH03 and Dan are coming back, but I'd love to hear from those guys soon so we know we have a solid 12.

Dan has confirmed to me that he will be back. I would prefer ESPN as well.

Thanks, 31. I'll add Dan to the returning list.

Need some more participative frickers in this bitch.

This league is much more laid back than others so I expected a slower start. It should pick up in a couple weeks or so when the league get's up and running.
re: The ATL Thread: Fantasy BaseballPosted by SwampDonks on 1/21/15 at 5:17 pm to RollDatRoll
Pssshhhhhh, we haven't had an ATL fantasy league be too active for a couple years now in any sport.
re: The ATL Thread: Fantasy BaseballPosted by RollDatRoll on 1/21/15 at 5:47 pm to SwampDonks
Oh for sure. I agree. Just meant it will pick up compared to now
