People thought Monty was the answer less than two seasons into his career, too.
Besides, its a useless discussion. You don't fire a head coach and replace him with another fired head coach, mid season. If Monty gets fired, an assistant will just take over for the rest of the season.

If he gets fired, it will be in the offseason when Anthony Davis can interview the new coach, let him bring in his own staff, implement his own system, find players that fit, etc
