I never post anything like this but I know someone credible who knows Mike personally and supposedly he is highly interested. Enough that he would accept an offer if it was given.

FWIW. Please don't shoot the messanger.

I'm sure he would. Would save a lot of future embarrassment at family functions if his brother doesn't have to fire him.

OP

Of course he would take the job nobody would doubt that he sucks as a d coordinator and I cant believe his brother did him a solid and brought him on. Bob is regretting that decision big time and is probably praying Les takes him off his hands.

Stoops or Steele would be utterly humiliating

Was mike stoops the coordinator at OU in 2003 and the years before?

Edited to add: he was co-DC and OU's defenses were very good

OU fans apparently are very hopeful that he gets offered.

That's what the chatter is about.
