Seems like the pressure is on to hire. Could les be waiting on an nfl assistant? Is there anyone out there?

My thought on timing is that this is a dead period for recruiting, so there's plenty of time to meet and greet candidates.
My gut? I wouldn't expect a hire for at least another week, maybe more.
