Love it. I think it will be all about if you can get out when you are that far in. The motherland going after her kids has completely changed Elizabeth's view on her loyalty.

I think so too. Elizabeth seems to want Paige to follow in their footsteps but Phillip doesn't. I think Phillip wins out in the end and tries to get the family away.

Phillip & Elizabeth are going to end up at odds over their future in espionage. it's been leading up to that since the early episodes of season 1.
he's got no real issues with America. he's just heavy in the game. Elizabeth, on the other hand, is a true believer.

Great show and I think season 3 and 4 will probably be the peak of the series.

"The Americans" is in a league of its own. FYI the synopsis for episode 1 season 3 is out already. I have a feeling the Centre is going to contact Paige regardless of Phillips disapproval. You can already see that Elizabeth is going in the opposite direction on 2nd Generation KGB spies. She will inform Paige and push her in the direction of espionage regardless of what Phillip wants.
Btw The scene with Emmits son was mind blowing at the end of season 2

Phillip actually enjoys his life in America. You can see he dreads the missions sometimes as Elizabeth would do anything for mother Russia. Each episode of the series actually must be approved by CIA. A little FYI
