By brand or caliber is best. Question, who has ever had to use their pistol in a self defense situation?

I've been shot at 3 separate times, and my ninja escape skills were enough to keep me unscathed. My choice now is 9mm (because of # of bullets) Walther PPQ-M2 (because I like it)

One time I needed to draw my pistol but I forgot it in my other boxers. So instead I just scissor kicked him in the head.

Was 4 wheeler riding with my glock 19 on my hip. A damn armadillo ran into the rd. All in one motion I drew my pistol, aimed down the sites while hopping off the moving 4 wheeler letting it roll by. I shot 8 times as that little fricker scurried threw the brush. Didn't hit it once ??

There was a poster who's son had to defend himself and used a .22 rifle. So, I guess to answer your question a .22 rifle is the best.

I have a similar story with MallardMaster from over the weekend, only is was a rabbit. frick a Glock.
