I love that type of guitar playing, Link Wray ect.

I really like Surf rock music when I hear it but really don't know any bands that play specifically that type music.

Any good bands I should check out?

Other than that, The Chantays or Beach Boys.

*Duane Eddy might fit the bill.

Dick Dale
the GOAT

His show at M+W was great. Very thankful I got to see him as he is getting close to the end.

Surf Album

Get this. In my opinion is the quintessential surf rock album. It has all of the things you need to go deeper into the sound of surf rock. I got it at a Starbucks a few years ago. I am anxious to see what Cdawg thinks of it. He knows his shite.

Dick Dale perfected it but for something a little more modern look into Shadowy Men on a Shadowy Planet.

Check this out. The eclectic Junior Brown doing his surf medley live. Nice camera work. LINK
