What's the best tablet under $100?

I have an iPad I use primarily for work, but my work apps fill up almost all the memory. I'm looking for a cheap tablet to use around the house. Just don't want one that will die the day after the warranty runs out. Prefer 9" or larger screen. Other than that, I will only use it for surfing the web, posting on TD, and maybe play a few games on it.

I got the Fire HD 6 for Xmas, posting from it now. It's only $99. So far so good, everything I wanted it for is working fine. It will accomplish everything you described easily.
