Best cheese for a tuna melt?
Posted by BayouBlitz on 1/3/15 at 4:34 pm00
And do you prefer open faced? Regular bread, Texas toast, French bread?
I want to make some bitching tuna melts.

Shredded cheddar? Or something fancy?

I don't think shredded cheese should go on a tuna melt.
Maybe some nice sharp cheddar if I'm in the mood for that, but probably provolone for me.

I have used this one several times and enjoyed it.
I have tried several kinds of cheese and wasn't disappointed.
