Coach O and Pruitt

If loosing coach chavis means getting coach O or Pruitt we hit the jackpot. Chavis is in his late 50s and kind of like bo pellini didn't like recruiting. Getting coach O or Pruitt we get a younger guy with a lot of energy and can recruit there butts off and if we can sign one of them before dead period we will get the defensive recruits we want. Dylan moses dad wants Pruitt and Kyle phillips wants coach O and I'm still on the fence with brick Haley.

I saw kyle had a tweet that said if lsu got coach O would be awesome or something like that. I guess he is thinking coach O as defensive coordinator and brick as dl coach?
I think coach O saying he is not interested at this time means lsu hasn't contacted him yet. Sonny shipp says his sources are saying that he is indeed interested in the job so we shall see. I just hope miles or alleva don't mess this hire up then we are stuck with a offense that can't pass and then a defense who can't stop the opposing team. That would be the end of miles

Orgeron is not coming here. Brick is staying and LSU will hire a Defensive Coordinator who can be successful. It has nothing to do with what some 18yr old kid tweets or daddy wants.

Orgeron thinks he can be a HC and is looking at HC jobs. I doubt he comes here this year. Maybe in the next few years if he can't find anything else.

His name has been floating around this site since Ive been here. 
He'll never be a coach at LSU. Well i shouldn't say never but I honestly don't see him wanting this job.
I think we'll find someone who's proven and can be successful here. Anyone will probably be more excited about recruiting than Chavis was anyway. I think it will work out for the positive..

Haley DL coach but subject to LSU granting his waiver to go to A&M. Stipulation in the extension he signed that said he can't laterally move within the SEC West. A&M could promote him to another higher made up position though so we shall see.

Think we need administration to set a rule that people need to read the board a bit before just submitting a new thread that has been brought up multiple times. If you just scanned the pages Coach O has been a very popular topic tonight and has been quoted with regards to his position on not having interest at this time.

Ehh, I understand the number of threads, he would be a big hire on the recruiting front. As for "no interest", that is simply a negotiating technique. He isnt going to put himself out there without hearing from them first.

TAMU just re-signed their DL coach (prior to inking Chavis). So that means there are 2 coaches in front of Coach O over there. The guy under contract, and the guy with the great relationship with Chavis... Brick Haley.

Head coah at LSU has always been Jr's (Ed Orgeron, Jr) dream job. This comes from someone very close to him like his dad, Ed (baybay) Orgeron, Sr.
