What kind of bug is this on my wall next to the commode?

Its about a half inch long.

Thanks. Looks like a good match from what I saw on the googles.

I'm sure there's more and now I need to figure out how to eliminate them.

I'm no expert with them, but I don't think you have to worry about there being an infestation like roaches.

Like already said, it's a silverfish and they will destroy books and wool (like a moth).

Spiders are their natural enemy, so you could just import more spiders in to eliminate the problem. Then burn the house down to get rid of the spiders.

Seriously, though, they're not that prolific, so it shouldn't be hard to kill em all.
