anything interesting or meaningful you could talk about has been separated into its own board--music, movies, politics, tech, outdoor, etc. Once the IM and NSFW boards are created, there will be no use for the OT.

Well when you take every discussion about music, guns, hunting, cellphones, computers, tvs, and make boards out of them, what do you expect? Then if you try to make a post about say a restaurant because you'd like to know what everyone else thinks besides the hard core foodies who visit one board, you get zapped.
