My definition of a "lock" is getting into the NCAA without having to win a single game in the SEC tourney.
With that said, I don't think LSU is a lock at 23-8 (12-6)

I agree with that. 14-4 is going to be tough to pull off though just from a mental toughness standpoint.

Assuming we win our last 2 non-conference games, 12-6 in the SEC probably gets us in. If we drop a stinker, though, we may need to win a game or two in the SEC tourney.

I think this team finishes no worse than second in the west and most likely will win the division.
