I have 2 duck commander wooden calls that are about 20 years old that I use. One is the original (whatever that one was called) and the other one is made out of cedar I think.

Winglock poly/delrin double reed, a whistle, and a Haydels grey duck call.

a guy in Lake Charles is hand making some ( not the reeds...I think he is currently using echo reeds).
cCheck the calls out Reclamation game calls I guess on FB good looking calls that sound really good as well.

I have one of these as a backup and it generally sounds decent and is easy to call. I like my Hobo Hunter double reed right now. It sounds fantastic and is only a $50 call. Not too loud, not too soft and can finesse when it needs to. Of my two hunting buddies, one is a big RNT fan (short barrel and daisycutter) and one is a Zink fan.

My favorite is still an old Faulks FCA-11 cane call....looks like hell, but it sounds good and has never failed me....

Used to be an Olts D-2, now a call that was made in Arkansas I bought from a dude at a UKC field trial for like 7.50. Had two, gave one to my grandson. Pure duck calling sweetness.
