I love to win , and want to win , But this was silly to win this game. If we trade to move up we're the anits again!

No one on the Saints coaching staff cares about that right now.

Doesn't matter. It'll probably be another bust in the 1st round

Looks like we pick 11th?

What I hate is that Atlanta will pick right in front of us every single time.

You play to win the game. Tanking is for losers. Have some pride. Do your job. Just win baby.

Why do we pick behind CLE if they beat us h2h? I understand we beat MIN so I can see them being in front of us.

when talking draft... I believe strength of schedule is the 1st tiebreaker... not all the stuff that determines playoff spots

The Saints played the NFC South 6 times, who could have a lower SoS than us?

7. Chicago (5-11)
8. Atlanta (6-10)
9. St. Louis (6-10)
10. New York Giants (6-10)
11. Minnesota (7-9)

At best we could've finished 8th, and at worst 13th. So no not 6-7 spots, only 5.

We'll get the 12th pick in the 2nd round, and the 11th in the 3rd(and then start the rotation with Min and Cle again in the 4th).

We would have been 9th. Only differences between us at Atl is the obvious that we played them and they played us (In this scenario we both have 6 wins). Plus, they played NYG (6 wins), we played Dal (12 wins); and they played Az (11 wins), we played SF (8 wins).

That means in those 4 games they faced teams with 3 fewer wins, putting us right behind ATL.

Todays win cost us 4 spots.
