D/ST Help...Philly or NO?

I thought I was ok going into the playoffs with Philly and St Louis. St Louis offense is so bad, the defense suffers and the Giants offense is on fire now. My only decent waiver option is NO against the Bucs. Would you take a chance with NO against that terrible offensive line or stick with Philly and hope they score a TD?

It depends how your points are structured. If there's a heavy emphasis on points allowed, I'd go with NO defense.
