current most undisciplined & thuggiest college football team?

After watching that Southern Cal vs Nebraska bowl game I couldn't help but notice how undisciplined those players for Southern Cal seemed... Double flips into the endzone & the coach not even getting mad, taunting the other sidelines after tackles,2 players doing what looked like a gang sign (not 100% sure it was an actual gang sign) but still, etc.
I guess Southern Cal gets my vote.

Lol. Ask who the most undisciplined and thuggish team is, and conclude USC based on them celebrating, trash talking, and what you decided were "gang signs".

They could stop the cheap shot crap you see in so many college games by doling out some real suspensions - give the coaches incentives to stop it.
