Hard to understand and hard to stomach. And I'm sure he will be absolutely giddy after Buga and friends pound a pitiful bunch of Irish into submission and we eke out another closer than it should have been win while struggling to reach triple digits in passing yardage

not much to go on regarding Jennings due to the type of offense we ran up until the Texas A&M game, I don't think any QB would look good in that crappy offense. He looked OK vs A$M and if the development of the offense continues vs Notre Dame, then we will have a better idea of what we have with Jennings at QB. Either way Harris surely has more upside and hopefully it's an open competition in spring.

AJ looked good on the read options bUT HARRIS would have looked better. And there is one difference, HARRIS CAN THROW THE FOOTBALL

God I hope so. He is just an awful QB. Worse than JJ and that is terrible. LSU goes nowhere with him as signal caller.

He looked OK throwing the ball in that game as well. Type of offense we ran prior to that game wasn't very friendly for a young inexperienced QB. When you put in better positions to throw he generally does OK. Maybe we will see more of that in the bowl game. I'm waiting until after the bowl game to see what I really think of Jennings

The game will end with ND having the ball and LSU clinging to a small lead, we may win we may lose. But we will own the stats, except for passing.

You heard AJ, he got 100% of the snaps in practice, a month to prepare. I think he goes off in the bowl game. The coaches want to sign a strong recruiting class and I think that will actually factor in to the play calling. I think we will all be impressed!

He got those reps as a true freshman after getting 0 starting reps during the regular season.

That's what I'm hoping also. Plenty of reason to do it. For recruiting, for development of the offense, and for momentum going into next season. Or they may look at like let's just pound out a close victory and not worry much about those things.

It'll be a lot like 2008 Georgia Tech. Dominate a lesser opponent and secure victory in the first half and experiment in the passing game in the second.

Let's hope AJ does better down the stretch than JJ did.

He should have already had his last shot at being the starter. Harris should be getting the reps if we care about winning in the future.

Based on what? Raw ability?

Yes.
Based on the raw ability of BH and the obvious fact that AJ isn't a SEC QB.

This isn't backyard football. Raw ability doesn't make a collegiate QB.

The guy we started wasn't a collegiate QB either. So, what's your point?
