From what I can figure out, it sounds like his brother and/or bodyguard were the ones involved. However, this is the second bad situation he has found himself in this off-season. He needs to leave the Dominican Republic or his current group.
On the bright side, Javy Baez or Addison Russell can play shortstop.

You shouldn't use the word arrested. Even the article you posted said he wasn't arrested, so I'm not sure where you are getting arrested from.

It would seem that the Dominican Republic has Castro problems too.
