What does the OT think about bringing felt hats back, especially in the colder months? Often times the modern man has lost touch of finer things, traded in attention to detail and has come out looking like a damned fool, if you ask me.

Do you know anyone who wears usually wears a hat with business dress?

If it's up to me to blaze this new trail, I'm up to it.

The GVP of my company (40's) wore one to our Christmas Party this year and looked out of place. We sure didn't tell him...

I hope your business has nothing to do with you interacting personally with clients.

You should probably go with a trilby. They are way more "hip"

I'm thinking I found wearing a hat when I wear a suit. But I was thinking of a straw cowboy hat.

How did we go from those things to not wearing hats indoors?

IMHO all things must fall into place for you. Some people look great in hats and cheers to them for having the right facial profile and head shape. Others, well.....no. if I was satisfied with the way I looked in one, I would wear one today. I would also like a casual Kakadu but like Imsaid, Imjust don't have the right look.

The rule for fedoras is one per group. So you and your friends will have to figure out who the chosen one is.

I am with you and all for it, it's just hard for a younger guy to pull it off without looking like an attention whoring douche since no one else does it.

When I see an old dude rocking a hat with a suit it makes me super jealous they can get away with it and I can't.

I hate that hipsters have ruined fedoras and driver caps as part of business attire.
