No, passed there about a mile or two on the right. Group of 14 by the garden island bay oil facility. Canal that cuts through from pass a loutre to loomis.

Damn Hammer. I'll def be picking your brain soon about the TD PAL trip. Not certain ponds, just general areas. I know the duck numbers are solid down there.

Anytime LSU son. I hunt all over so I don't mind trying to help I just move with the ducks only setting up where they are.

I have a good buddy that is coming. He's only been duckhunting for 6 years. Anyway he wants to mount a pintail and a redhead so hopefully he can knock out those two next week while down there.

Pintail will be a slam dunk. Red head are hit or miss but more numbers this year than most. Canvasbacks should also be a slam dunk. IMO canvasback better mount than redhead but both are fine mounts

I had a canvasback in the freezer, but Katrina screwed that up. If I shoot a big one I may mount it. Goldeneye and cinnamon teal is on my bucket list. Saw one goldeneye down there years ago.

Goldeneye and cinnamon teal can be taken on the same trip in Alaska that's what I would recommend. One of my greatest travel trips I've ever been on
