How many of you old farts used to go ape shite when that thing came in the mail?

It was glorious. My mom always had to go to Sears and get extras for us so we wouldn't fight over it.

It was the Wilson's catalog for me. Most if not all of my presents came from there. My favorite was a Tyco train set. They had everything a kid could want.

Hours and hours and hours I looked at those things.

Do you remember they'd have athletes like Gale Sayers and Tom Seaver modeling the clothes?

I think I still have the catalog where the underwear model supposedly had his pecker showing.

Dad would tell us to circle one thing we wanted from Santa and make sure to put our initials by it.

Three brothers fighting to be first was the highlight.
