Waiting a little while then going step on some briars to see if we can kill a few rabbits. Taking my wife's nephew.

Woke up around midnight not feeling all that great. Fell back asleep in the lounge chair, but feeling a bit better.

i know its not a big deal to most, but for me i am freaking stoked!! I dont have river land to hunt on or marsh and swamps. I hunt south mississippi and we only have woodies for 99% of the time. I hunt a guys ponds on his dairy farms and we dont ever kill more than 5 or 6 wood ducks at the most. But today i went alone for a quick trip before we do christmas at my parents. And to kill my first Mallard, i am on cloud 9!
