SBD ZDQ......dats one effed up gumbo. Too oily and can't get seasoning to pop....all I get is oil taste...don't know what I did to mess it up.....has never happened to me before. Haven't added seafood yet so gonna re-rack.

So was making my roux again and noticed the flour was not dissolving properly into the hippie sunflower seed oil my wife bought. I thought I had used it before but going to get canola oil tomorrow.
