Gruden while keeping Jon Chavis would be a home run hire. Gruden gets offense. He made Brad Johnson a Super Bowl winning QB.
Hell I think Lane Kiffin with Chavis staying would be a home run hire. We need offensive improvement. It's not the OCs, it's the Head Coach.
