my source says Will Friend going to be OC and GA Dan Inman going to be O-Line coach at CSU

Anyway yes Friends name had been floated around the last few days as possibly going with Bobo if he left. Would be a good situation for Inman to be the OL coach and Friend be the OC.

Not so sure about Friend calling the plays but I hope we can keep him in Athens. Inman will probably be a pretty solid OL coach for Bobo if this happens.

Nothing against you but it just amazes me at the amount of AU fans who have inside connections to our program

It's cool...I don't claim to have connections often. Guy is a writer and a friend from HS and we hadn't seen each other since high school. We got together and had a couple beers while watching MNF. He was showing me his group text with UGA beat writers.

Friend and Letson have been mentioned elsewhere. I think we all expect Friend to leave if he receives the OC title. Could see Inman going I guess. I don't think losing Friend, Letson or Inman is going to cripple us. As long as we make a quality hire at OC, then this is actually best for us long term. We essentially groom a HC and almost an entire offensive staff to return to UGA once Richt is done. I'm sure there will be serious competition between Smart and Bobo for the job at that time even though they're apparently good friends.

This may just be a rumor but I've heard that A&M is reaching out to UGA DC Jeremy Pruitt. He's making $850,000 and the Aggies would at least double his pay.

I'm curious, how much carte blanche did Bobo have running the offense at UGA(that means how much did Richt let him do whatever he wanted or over rule him), he(Bobo) took a lot of grief from many fans, but it always seemed like Grantham who was more a fan-fav was the one sh*t the bed in big games.

You're cool in my book. Just thinking about siphon and Keble making claims that they have inside sources. You don't make wild assertions about the downfall of our program.

I don't think UGA's program will be in a downfall regardless of the coaches they may lose.
