Beef is high in general. Only one tongue per critter.

Do Hispanics eat a lot of tongue? I see a lot of them in a store that has a lot of Mexican products, but not so many elsewhere.

It used to be very cheap. Maybe it's due to the popularity of tongue tacos?

How does the FDB prefer it's tongue? I have recently become addicted to the bham taco truck but have yet the try the lengua taco, and on my mission this weekend to find pork belly, I hit the mother load of beef tongue at the Mexican supermarket (though I don't remember what price it was)
