How does an offense like the saints basically get shut out by the worst defense in the league. Saints scored on a one yard run given to them by special teams and later scored a td on a prevent defense. In the past the Saints would have made adjustments at half to handle the early pressure on Brees. Today they just kept on trying slow developing pass plays even though Atlanta was getting pressure. Lets hope we get this figured out for next year.

Oline is garbage and we are really mediocre at WR. We need help in both places.

No pass rush + No pass protection = loss

Pretty simple.

I do not know how so many people can put the blame solely on the OL. On most plays this year Brees had 3+ seconds. Yes, the OL was horrible at times but Brees shite the bed quite a bit too.

Enough to drop back and get sacked by the worst sack team in the league.

Of course it's Brees.

The worst defense ever (Saints 2012) got a legit shutout vs TB.

Just terrible. They generated a net NEGATIVE points against the WORST defense in the entire league (1 special teams TD, 1 offensive TD, 2 touchdowns given to ATL by our overrated QB).

Our offense has performed consistently worse than our defense all season long and is the reason that we're going to finish 6-10 instead of 11-5.

I definitely agree Brees has way to many turn overs. He has to get rid of the ball and theyneed to come up with a game plan to get rid of the ball quicker.

If a QB has 3-3.5 seconds he should have enough time to make a decision on where to throw. There were not that many plays where he had less than 3 seconds.
