A bad season like this leads to an interesting offseason.

1. All coaches need to be evaluated. Ryan should be fired for being clueless all year on how to make this defense even competent. They aren't playing for him and the others positions aren't developing.
2. O line needs to be completely revamped. Armstead should be the only guarantee to start next season. A better O line will make Brees a better QB.
3. The entire defense is void of playmakers. A healthy Byrd will be nice but the d line is woefully bad at getting pressure. Linebackers can't make a play to save their lives.
4. Jimmy Graham is a thief for stealing the money for his contract.
5. A new kicker will finally happen.
6. And the draft. We need to draft players who can make an impact and are ready to play. No more projects. No more risks on players with potential.

Ryan should be fired for holding one of the best passing attacks in the league to 20 points so far with a bunch of no names in the secondary?
Our offense has only scored because it was handed the ball on the one yard line.

Agree completely. Ryan better be gone. There is zero excuse why we have gone from 4th ranked defense to 31st with no major injuries. If Ryan isn't fired after this season then I have little hope that the front office will work on improving like they should.

I forget how great this D has been all season, aside from this one game.
Oh wait, we are dead last in defense. We've been shite since Game 1 with a 100% healthy roster.
And I addressed the offense, most notably the Oline.

I'd consider Byrd a major injury but we were downright terrible with him in the game

how about holding our players accountable somewhat? Our whole DL has regressed. Jenkins, Hicks get no push. Cam Jordan disappears. Gallette is sack or nothing.

I for one think we need to consider a new offensive coordinator along with a new defensive coordinator. The offense has become very predictable. Next, Brees has to restructure so we can rebuild this o-line. Jimmy Graham sucks! Not sure what to do with him now that he's screwed us on the cap but I'm all for a trade. We have core pieces in place on the defense but need a new coach to develope and motivate. Oh and Jimmy Graham sucks!!!

Which was on Ryan for being given a probowl safety and having him lineup 30 yards down the field
