That pretty much settles it

Of course, it's not like the replacement would be any better.

de blowsio is pretty much a white libtard, I know he has his personal secutiry corp, but let him take his chances every time he steps out the door. He needs to live in Obummers Murica now.

what are his chances of getting knifed because there are no cops around to protect him?

Cuomo and De Blasio hate each other.

I could see Cuomo removing De Blasio as part of a campaign to say "I fixed NYC after that idiot screwed it up!"

Seems as if he was elected with about 27% of voter turnout.

They threw out Dinkins. When they start getting scared again, which shouldn't be long, they might be ready to have a rational human take over and set things straight.

Why am I not surprised that liberal land of New York want their governor to have that much power?

He was elected in a small turnout but won 70+% of the vote. I feel for the police officers & firefighters in the city, but the people of NYC are getting what they deserved.

Southern governors actually tend to be among the most powerful in the country. Many NE governors are relatively impotent and little more than co-equals with the party leaders and speakers of their respective assemblies.

But that New York law sure is a bit of a head-scratching anomaly. I lived there for four years and never got wind of it. I'd honestly always assumed that the mayor of NYC was probably, for all practical purposes, a more powerful individual.

Some are coming down from the pinnacle. The rage is still scrong, though. Might be a while before we can get around to peeling this onion back another couple of layers.

Maybe your racism is to blame.
