Years ago when I dated. If the mother came to the door and she was very over weight, it was a first and last date. Say what you want. I didn't want a wife who would be overweight after she got older. Most women will add some weight naturally when they age. But some really blow up.

My wife (48) and daughter(26) could pass at sisters(no pics). My SIL jokes about that was one his deciding factors on asking my daughter to marry him was because my wife has aged well....btw my wife looks nothing like my MIL(rip)

I've seen it been proven false. My fiance's grandmother is one of the best looking most physically fit 72 year old women I have ever seen. That said, her mother has struggled with weight issues after having 5 kids in 12 years. She's sort of the outlier genetically in the family. As long as my fiance takes the grandmothers looks. I'll be happy.

My ex is looking and acting like her paternal grandmother. Hated that bitch with a passion until the day she died. Probably the main reason my former mother-in-law (it was her mother-in-law and she despised that a-hole) and I got along so well - we had a common enemy.

Well their mother isn't the only woman in their genetic line. It's nowhere near as common as people make it out to be. My SO looks nothing like her mother.

If you wanna know if your wife will be fat later in life, look at her arms. If they are large or decently bigger than her forearms, look forward to a plump lover.
