So we went to NOLA last night for their Reveillon dinner. Started out with some great cocktails. Ladies had pineapple cosmos, and my buddy and I had something called a double barrel. It was regular bourbon, honey bourbon, and two kinds of bitters. For the first course I got the Sweetbreads, while the others got poached oysters and house cured salmon. The next course was a Daube Glacé. It was really good. It was made with brisket instead of roast. For the main course we all got the rack of lamb. It was served medium rare and was a huge serving. We were a able to squeeze in the pecan pie bread pudding at the end. I would highly recommend you check it out before the Reveillon menus end.

It was served in 3 bone pieces that you could easily slice into lollipops.
