It depends on what your pc specs are but xbox 1 > ps3 for sure.

Get DA and play until DS2: Scholar of the first sin comes out. Play that, then bloodborne, then Witcher 3

Steam does not have DA: I and origin has a sale on it. However chances you can get origin to work are slim.

Origins isn't as good as steam but it isn't that bad.
