My wife hunts some in the evenings, she's not a morning person Sometimes in the same stand but mostly in different stands. She keeps the feeders full & checks cameras when I'm working

Congrats, wish mine would go with me.

Mine does and will go by herself if I have to work. She load up her four wheeler and everything. Her dad died when she was 18 and that was the one thing she did with him some that her two sisters didn't. She never shot one with him, just went to watch and spend time. Killed her first one, a nice heavy 6pt 7yo deer, with his old 30/30. Then retired it in favor of her Remington 700 .270 WSM.

I want one that doesnt mind hunting, but only wants to go once or twice a year. Not one nagging to go every time. Thats too much

This is my wife

She just wants to go once and then tells me to "enjoy" for the rest of season.

That's awesome. My girlfriend won't come on a hunt... but she sure get's cranky if I don't kill anything. Venison has become her favorite meal. I let an 80 lbs. doe walk yesterday, and she said, "well, I guess that means we still have 2 to go to, don't we."
