Look at the map of the proposed city of St George on their website. I pointed out a small chunk of land in the northeastern most corner that was not included.

I then went to the link sprocket provided to find the owner. It's part of a large parcel. Doesn't really make sense unless he is concerned that his 780 acres on the Central thruway may some day be appraised for more than $215k.
