What are the best types of waders, breathable or neoprene? My old waders wont stop leaking and I am looking for a good pair, not looking to really spend more than $150 unless there is a good reason.

Paid 140 for some Max5 Gamewinner Hybrids about a month ago. Neoprene waste down and a breathable material on top. A lot of the same features as the name brand ones I was looking at and seem well made so it was a no brainer. I'll wear them this weekend for the first time.
